Step 2
Problem? Get in touch
When a repair is needed, reply to your voucher email or write to support@aboutcompanions.com. Briefly describe the damage and include a few photos. Please contact us before arranging a repair.
Step 3
We’ll arrange the repair
Together, we’ll agree on the best way to repair your garment. This may mean a local tailor, with the agreed costs reimbursed against a receipt, or a repair through our partners in Berlin. We’ll confirm the details with you beforehand.
Repair Guarantee FAQ
Which purchases are covered?
Our repair guarantee applies worldwide to our garments, including sale purchases and purchases from our stockists. Register within 30 days of purchase to take part. This also applies to orders from our online shop.
What damage and costs are covered?
Your one free repair covers damage including everyday wear and accidents. We cover the agreed repair costs and any necessary shipping. Please contact us before commissioning a repair or sending your garment.
What if a repair isn’t possible?
Not every kind of damage can be repaired. If a repair isn’t possible, we’ll discuss an individual alternative with you. This does not automatically entitle you to a replacement or a refund of the purchase price. Your statutory rights for faulty goods remain unaffected.
What if my garment is faulty?
You can exercise your statutory rights for faulty goods against the seller free of charge. Our repair guarantee does not restrict these rights. A repair carried out under those rights does not use up your additional free repair.
