How does it work?
Register your garment after purchase for support whenever you need. Just follow these outlined steps:

Register your Companion
Each product includes a hangtag with a QR-code. Scan it to land on this page. Click 'Register here' for a brief questionnaire about your purchase, which helps us in case of need to identify the garment.
Fill it out to get a confirmation Email with your voucher.

Problem? Get in touch
If something breaks, please reply to the email with the repair voucher or reach out to us by any method. It's helpful to explain the issue clearly and share images if you can to help identify the problem.
Step 3
We'll find a solution
We'll work together to find a solution. Depending on the defect, we can help you locate a skilled tailor in your area to avoid unnecessary transportation, provide materials if necessary, and refund the cost based on the receipt you send us a picture of. If that's not feasible, we'll address the issue with our partners in Berlin at no additional cost to you. Our goal is to ensure you can enjoy your Companion for a long time.
