We usually dispatch orders by the next working day. Delivery within Germany takes 1–3 working days from dispatch.

We arrange customs clearance through our partner MeinEinkauf.ch and cover the associated import costs.

Your order first travels to MeinEinkauf in Germany. After customs clearance, it is forwarded to you by DPD or Swiss Post. You will receive a separate tracking number for this part of the journey.

Please allow an additional 1–2 working days for this process.

You can collect your online order from our Berlin Studio Store. Select Click & Collect at checkout, and we’ll email you when your order is ready to pick up.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to let us know you wish to return it. Email us at info@aboutcompanions.com or use the “Withdraw contract” link in our website footer.

Then send the items back within 14 days of notifying us. We cover the return shipping costs.

Visit our return label page and select the country you are returning your parcel from. You’ll find the label link or instructions for your country, including Switzerland.

1. Pack your items securely, using the original packaging if you still have it. Otherwise, a suitable protective box is fine.
2. Include your delivery note or a note with your name and order number so we can identify your return.
3. Follow the instructions for your country on our return label page, and keep your proof of postage until your refund has arrived.

Our repair guarantee includes one free repair to help keep your companion in use.

Register your garment within 30 days of purchase, including when you buy directly from our online shop. You can use your repair at any later time.

When a repair is needed, contact us first. We’ll help find a suitable solution, whether through a local tailor or a repair arranged by us.
