Shipping & Returns
Shipping and returns are free of charge. Emphasizing sustainability, we choose DHL GoGreen for shipment and FedEx for international parcels. More detailed info provided below. Reach out for any further questions or special requests.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders.
How long does the shipping take?
We generally send out orders on the next working day latest.
Shipments to Germany are handled by DHL GoGreen or FedEx/FedEx Priority, resulting in deliveries within 1-4 working days.
Shipping to Switzerland
We will handle the costs and organization for customs import.
Your order will be sent to our partner, who will handle customs clearance. Once completed, your goods will be shipped via DPD or Swiss Post with a tracking number provided.
Typically, this process takes an extra 1-2 working days.
Click and Collect
Our click and collect service for online orders is accessible at our Berlin Studio Store. Opt for this choice at checkout when finalizing your online order and we will prepare it for pickup within one day.
A confirmation email will be sent once your order is ready for collection.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
Ensure the products were only tried for size, not used or laundered. They must be in undamaged original packaging and complete with all labels. Include a filled return form.
Refer to size charts before ordering to avoid returns. Refunds may take up to fourteen (14) days.
Returning from Germany
In case you are based in Germany, please follow this link: DHL Return label. Here you can either create label to print out and attach to the package or generate a QR code that will be scanned at the DHL parcel drop-off point or by the parcel carrier.
Returning from Switzerland
For Swiss customers: To return your order from Switzerland, use the return label in your shipment. This allows for correct customs processing, done by our subcontractor. Contact us if you need a new label.
Returning from anywhere else
If you are not located in Germany or Switzerland, please contact us before proceeding. Reach out via Email for assistance. We'll provide a return-form, shipping label, and support as needed.
How do I pack up the return?
- Arrange the item and delivery note as per our guidelines within the package
- Ship with the provided shipping label.
- Your account will be credited with the refund once the return is processed

Discounts
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
